Quails' Gate '22 Chenin Blanc 'Clone 220' Okanagan Valley

We don't make a lot of Chenin Blanc in BC but this is consistently the top example.  With boundless apple and pear flavours framed by Chenin's freshness and minerality this wine is worthy of celebration.  Rarely available outside of the winery, we are thrilled to offer it to our guests at L'Abattoir.

Quails' Gate '22 Pinot Noir+ 'Lucy's Block Rosé' Okanagan Valley

This elegant rosé exemplifies the Okanagan while drawing inspiration from Provence with strawberry, grapefruit, and delicate floral notes.  This gorgeous, staggeringly versatile wine made from the Stewart family's estate in West Kelowna can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Mt. Boucherie '21 Pinot Noir+ 'Original Vines PTG' Okanagan Valley

Mt. Boucherie has cultivated of the great old vines projects in the Okanagan and this is one of the most fascinating entries - red fruited with earthy notes from the Pinot Noir, spice and black fruit from the Gamay, florals from the Pinot Gris.  An enigmatic and complex wine that will make a stunning pairing for everything from glazed pork to white fish dishes.

Mt. Boucherie '18 Merlot+ 'Summit' Okanagan Valley

Our full bodied contribution to this package, Summit is a Bordeaux inspired wine with just a hint of Syrah adding additional complexity.  This wine will continue to develop beautifully for the next decade but the freshness and complexity makes it a great wine now.  Available only at the winery, we are proud to offer it as part of this package.

Tantalus '21 Chardonnay 'Blanc de Blanc' East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley

An absolutely stunning example of sparkling wine from BC capturing the unique terroir of the East Kelowna Slopes with the food friendly brightness to pair with our local cuisine.  A true gem of our sparkling wine scene that will drink wonderfully now but improve with age.

Tantalus '22 Riesling Icewine East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley

A wine that has reinvigorated my love for this style and is one of the best examples that I have tried since I started my wine journey.  Dave Paterson has produced an opus with this stunningly complex, bright and balanced Icewine.  With less than 500 bottles produced in 2022 this is a true rarity that every wine lover should experience.
