No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews

Tucked away in a 19th century brick and beam heritage building behind L’Abattoir Restaurant, you’ll find historic Gaoler’s Mews, home to our exclusive No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews dinners.

Launched in 2017, these intimate 9-seat interactive dining experiences are offered just a few times a year with all proceeds from ticket sales going towards our chosen charity. In 2024, we have chosen to support the Downtown Eastside Neighbourhood House, who work tirelessly in own backyard to provide meals, support and community engagement to those in need.

The dinners showcase Chef Lee Cooper and Pastry Chef Oliver Bernardino’s collaborations with some of the most talented Chefs from across the continent to create a truly once in a lifetime dining experience!
