As the industry gathers in Vancouver for the North America’s 50 Best Bars awards, we are thrilled to open our doors for a series of high-energy collaborations celebrating the continent's top talent.
On Tuesday, April 21st, our Bar Manager, Alexa Gervais plays host to Jay Reingold (Bar Manager) and Wilmer Reyes (Head Bartender) of New York’s acclaimed Clemente Bar. Located above the three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park, Clemente Bar is currently ranked No. 11 in North America and was recently nominated for a James Beard Award for ‘Best New Bar.’
Jay and Wilmer are known for a refined, art-driven approach that seamlessly blurs the line between bar and restaurant, a philosophy that mirrors our own commitment to world-class hospitality here in Gastown. They will be behind our bar from 5pm to 7pm, presenting a curated selection of their signature cocktails.
