L’Abattoir’s wine program is built for guests who love wine, from Champagne, Burgundy and Brunello to benchmark French bottles and distinctive producers from around the world.

Led by Head Sommelier Peter Van de Reep, named Vancouver International Wine Festival Sommelier of the Year and Best Sommelier of BC, the list brings depth, personality and approachability to every dining experience.
