Sipping Around BC
L'Abattoir, in partnership with S. Pellegrino, concludes the 2025 Sipping Around BC regional winemaker’s dinner series for 2025 with a incredible evening showcasing the wines of Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands on Thursday, October 23rd.
This final dinner in the series for this year will highlight the distinctive coastal terroir of BC’s island wineries, featuring wines from Averill Creek Vineyard and Unsworth Vineyards, both from Vancouver Island and Kutatás Wines on Salt Spring Island. Winemakers and winery principals will guide guests through an evening of expertly paired wines, complemented by a five-course menu crafted by L’Abattoir’s culinary team.
