Join us on Thursday, December 31st for an elegant, end-of-year celebration in Gastown. Executive Chef, Jasper Cruickshank and Chef de Cuisine, Baker Hsu have crafted a refined five-course menu for the occasion - a fitting send-off to 2025 and a beautiful way to welcome 2026!

Make it even more memorable with an optional wine pairings from Sommelier, Peter Van de Reep, designed to showcase the final menu of the year alongside curated bottles from our cellar.

Reservations

Reservations are paid in full at the time of booking, and are refundable until December 16th. After December 16th, reservations are non-refundable.
